WHAT is it and why should you join?
Do you have a big goal in mind and would like to receive help in achieving it? For instance, do you want to have success in high school and get into a good college? Educational Talent Search (ETS) can help with all of that and more! It offers career explorations workshops in which students identify areas of interest for future careers and map out a plan to reach their desired university and major program. Benefits include field trips, free stuff, and growth and development the participants experience. ETS also teaches how to conduct research with the librarian, Mrs. Ligamari. The club adviser, Mr. Mugambee, is relentless at helping and serving the students that are willing to work and earn everything they want. This program was only started halfway through last year, but its membership soared up to 181 members last year. They are still recruiting members some lunch days in front of the counseling office. You receive a free highlighter just for stopping by and grabbing an application! Feel free to also stop by Mr. Mugambee's office (on your left as you walk through the counseling office hall). A filled out application form is necessary to join this program.
